Solutions / 06 — Intelligence

Know what works.
Not just what happened.

The Intelligence System turns scattered numbers into a small set of decisions — what to kill, what to double, and which euro actually brought the customer.

Fits when: reports come in, decisions don’t Connects to: every system — it’s the layer underneath

/ What’s inside

Three to five numbers, not forty slides.

A dashboard that needs explaining isn’t a dashboard. A good one has a handful of numbers, and each leads to a decision.

GA4A setup that measures your business, not the default events out of the box.
Server-side GTMTracking that keeps working even when the browser blocks it.
BigQueryData in one place, once a spreadsheet stops being enough.
Looker & attributionOne page you look at Monday morning and know what to do.

/ How it’s built

Audit before dashboard, always.

A dashboard built on bad tracking is a confident-looking mistake. We fix the measurement before we design the report.

01AuditWhat’s measured, what’s measured wrong, what can’t be trusted at all.
02DefineThree to five questions the system actually has to answer. Everything else is noise.
03BuildGA4, GTM, events, conversions, platform connections set up properly.
04ReportA dashboard that answers those questions. Nothing more.
05CalibrateNumbers checked against what actually happened in the bank account.

Before you ask.

Why don’t GA4 and Google Ads numbers match?

They measure different things in different ways — attribution model, time window, counting method. A small gap is normal. A large one means a setup error worth fixing before you make another decision on that data.

Do we need server-side tracking?

Not always. It earns its cost when you’re losing a meaningful share of data to blocking, or when a large budget depends on measurement accuracy. On a small account it’s a cost without a return, and we’ll say so.

Can you build a report I actually understand?

That’s the whole point. A good version has three to five numbers, and each one leads somewhere — kill it, scale it, or leave it alone.

What about GDPR and consent?

Measurement and compliance aren’t in conflict, but they are in tension, and that has to be configured deliberately — we set it up to measure what it’s allowed to and nothing it isn’t.
