Solutions / 04 — Automate
Work that happens without you.
Not more hours in the day.
The Automation System removes the manual steps between a lead arriving and a deal closing — CRM, routing, follow-ups and quotes that fire on their own, so growth doesn’t mean hiring just to keep up.
/ What’s inside
The system does the boring part.
Nobody was hired to re-type the same information into three tools. It just happened, one exception at a time. This system removes the exceptions.
/ How it’s built
One flow live beats ten flows planned.
Automation projects usually die from being over-scoped before anything ships. We ship the first flow, then expand from something that already works.
/ Proof
What this has actually moved.
/ Straight answers
Before you ask.
We already have a CRM we don’t use.
Very common. Usually the tool isn’t the problem — nobody set it up around your actual process. Taking over an existing system is often cheaper than switching to a new one.
Is my company too small for automation?
Almost never. Smaller companies often gain more, because the manual work is being done by the owner, not an employee. The threshold isn’t size — it’s repetition. If you do the same thing more than ten times a week, it pays.
What tools do you build on?
n8n for workflows, Salesforce or HubSpot for CRM, whatever forms and channels you already use for intake. The point is that a single tool can be swapped later without rebuilding the whole system.
How fast can the first workflow go live?
Usually one to two weeks for the first flow, once we’ve agreed which one matters most. Bigger connected systems build out from there.
