Solutions / 05 — AI
AI where it pays.
Not AI for its own sake.
The AI System puts automation to work on repetitive, judgement-light tasks — enrichment, drafting, triage — at speed and lower cost, with a person accountable for what it decides.
/ What’s inside
Judgement-light work, done at speed.
AI is put where an error isn’t fatal and the task is repeatable — not where it’s replacing a decision nobody checks.
/ Where it actually fits
A simple test, applied honestly.
AI helps on repetitive tasks with a clear outcome and low cost of error. It’s a toy when it solves a problem you don’t have, or replaces judgement nobody checked.
Usually worth it
- Enriching a lead with public company data
- Drafting a first-pass reply or summary
- Triaging and routing incoming requests
- Turning meeting notes into structured next steps
Usually not
- Deciding who to hire, fire or extend credit to
- Anything where a wrong answer is expensive and unchecked
- Replacing a relationship a client actually wants with a person
- Solving a problem nobody on your team has actually named
/ How it’s built
One task, tested honestly, first.
We’d rather tell you AI is the wrong answer for something than sell you an agent that nobody trusts by week three.
/ Proof
Judgement-light work, already automated.
Fewer public AI-specific numbers exist yet than for the other systems — this one is newer. Here’s what’s already running on the same principle.
/ Straight answers
Before you ask.
Isn’t this just a chatbot?
Sometimes a chat interface is the right front end, but the work is what happens behind it — enrichment, routing, drafting. A chatbot with nothing wired up behind it is a toy, not a system.
What about our data — does it go into AI?
That’s a decision, not a given. A lot can be automated without sending sensitive data anywhere. Where AI genuinely needs to see something, we agree what it may access — GDPR compliance is a condition of operating in the EU, not a marketing line.
Will this replace our team?
It removes the parts of the job nobody wanted to be doing anyway — re-typing, chasing, first drafts. The relationship and judgement calls stay with your people.
How do we know it’s actually helping and not just busywork?
The same way we check anything else — it’s measured. See Intelligence: no system on this site runs unmeasured, including this one.
